Return Policy

At BLOSSLONDON, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may need to be returned. This Return Policy clearly explains the terms and process for returns.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products can only be returned after they have been physically received by the customer.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • You may try on items for size, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return some items is not allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us of your return by contacting Info@blosslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China) from our customer service team.

  3. Ship the item at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed shipments if a tracking number is not used.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected at the supplier’s return address, and the product is approved to be in acceptable condition, we will process a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

  • Items that do not meet our return conditions may not be refunded.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Customer Responsibility

  • Lost packages: BLOSSLONDON is not responsible for packages lost in transit if tracking shows delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Incorrect addresses: Providing an incorrect delivery address is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any errors in the delivery address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
